The port city of Valencia lies on Spain’s southeastern coast, where the Turia River meets the Mediterranean Sea. Valencia is known for its gastronomic culture And The city has ancient winding streets of the Barrio del Carmen contain buildings dating to Roman and Arabic times. The Cathedral, built between the 13th and 15th centuries, is primarily of Valencian Gothic style but contains elements of Baroque and Romanesque architecture. Valencia city has Suquares and gardens.
